My device do not open Volvo program, when I open the volvo program appears following message "UNFORTUNATELY,MAXISYS HAS ESTOPED." -

I went to the forum FAQ I saw the following procedure below but it did not solve my
problem. What is the next step.
If you get error message "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped" on Maxisys or Maxisys
mini tablet, please try the following steps:
Connect Maxisys/Maxisys mini to PC via USB cable;
Turn on USB storage on the maxisys;
Wait for several seconds;
Turn off USB storage;
Restart the scanner and try again. -

make sure you don't have a storage mini sd card, I think that is what is called, inserted in the tablet, if you do remove it and give it a try. -

I removed the mini SD card.
I tried again the procedure what you said but did not solve my problem.
I have this problem only in Volvo scan program. -

the only thing left to do is a factory backup/reset which will erase everything on your tablet, you will have to re-download everything back again, you must be( under a subscription period ) in order to perform this function. hopefully after that, everything is back to normal, then back up the entire content of your tool and save it somewhere in your computer, good luck.
